Sparrow Creek is located at the southern end of Cayuga Lake. Enjoy the back deck off the kitchen overlooking a wooded landscape and a meandering creek. The area is friendly and within 15 minutes to downtown Ithaca and surrounding areas. Hayt's Chapel

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Magical lakefront treehouse, minutes to downtown

A magical treehouse perched over its own gorge on Cayuga Lake. This place is special! There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. There’s a dock, fire pit, room for yard games by the water, plenty of outdoor seating on the porch, by the lake, or on the dock. All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.

Carriage house

Have the best of both worlds in this private, fully renovated one bedroom carriage house, with fully stocked kitchen. Located on a low traffic, quiet road for your perfect weekend getaway to Ithaca. Close to restaurants and shopping. Within walking distance to Cayuga Hospital. Five minute drive to the Commons and ten minute drive the Cornell University or Ithaca College. You do have to walk about 50 ft through my grass so if it rains, you might want to bring some old shoes.

Only 5 minutes from the famous Robert Treman State Park, 15 minutes to Taughannock park, 15 minutes to buttermilk Falls, 25 minutes to Walkens Glen State Park. You won’t miss anything on your must do list. Also perfectly located 15 minutes to Ithaca, 15 minutes to Trumansburg, 20 minutes from Walkens Glenn. Sauna and outdoor grill.

We welcome you to enjoy our private, bright, modern studio with lake views. The space has its own driveway, entrance, a private stone patio with gardens, and wonderful views of Cayuga Lake. The space is set up like a private apartment. Flooded with natural light, a kitchenette, and private bath. It will be a quiet and peaceful getaway. We are minutes from downtown, Universities and all that Ithaca has to offer.

The Rhodie House

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, wineries and parks. Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.

Beautiful Cayuga Lakehouse

My place is available for three night minimum in June, July, and August and two night minimum in the off season. We do rent year round as our driveway is promptly plowed and maintained in the winter. We are close to parks and restaurants. Nice ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
