Trail Haven Lake House

The Trail Haven Lake House is a two bedroom vacation rental completed in the summer or 2023. It is located in the heart of Northern Maine on Eagle Lake. If you enjoy outdoor sports or just want to get away, reflect and check out the beautiful scenery and wildlife, do remote work, this location has it all. There are several walking/ATV trails that can be accessed from Sly Brook Road. From approximately mid January through early April, snowmobilers have additional trail access across Eagle Lake.

Hop on the Trail from the driveway of this peaceful home in Fort Kent. Quiet neighborhood in central location with everything nearby, either by road or by trail. Home base for riding, skiing, biking, hunting, fishing, shopping, or dining. Great location for visiting UMFK or the Medical Center. Minutes to the starting and finish lines of the Can-Am Crown. You will have the whole house to yourself with two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, living room, and bathroom with tub/shower. Carbon-filtered water.

The Tiny Lakeside Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.Our Lakeside Cabin is 336sq ft of cuteness and comfort with a full kitchen, bathroom ,hot water shower and 1 bedroom that sleeps 4. It is surrounded by nature and 34 sq miles of recreational water on beautiful Portage Lake and the gateway to the Northern Maine Woods. Enjoy kayaking,4 wheeling and snowmobiling.We have direct access to ITS 85&90 and multiple ATV trails.For hunting enthusiasts we are centrally located between hunting zones 2,3 5&6.

We offer everything to make you feel at home. We are also pet friendly. Location!! Waking up to the beautiful St. John river is spectacular. Although on a main road, the cabin is private. When you sit on the deck with your cup of coffee in the morning, all you see is river and trees & hills...and birds-chickadees to eagles. In the late fall through winter and into early spring, we watch the deer cross the river from the river bank to our yard. Breathtaking...relaxing...peaceful. Perfect for snowmobiling & ATV w/trail access , not to mention hiking & star-gazing.

The SHARED bathhouse consists of two full private bathrooms. The Bunk room features 2 separate bunk beds. A twin over twin bunk and a twin over full bunk. A window air conditioner is provided during the summer months and the cabin features a propane gas log stove for the winter months.
