Orchard Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Warkworth. It's a 5 minute walk away from the River Coquet and Warkworth Hermitage. The famous Warkworth Castle and village centre are only 15 minutes away by foot and the stunning Warkworth Beach is only 10 minutes by car from our cottages. The location of the Meadow Cottage allows for an easy access to water sports. There are two bedrooms upstairs, living room, a wood burner, kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The Snug, boutique lodge in Northumberland

The Snug sits within the Otterburn Hall Estate on an Ancient Battle Site in Northumberland National Park. All on one level, the 3 bedroomed detached, Norwegian pine lodge with hot tub sleeps 5 guests. Ideal for a romantic break, relaxing with friends or a fun time with family. Within the five-hundred-acre estate you are surrounded by nature at its best. There are two lakes and the Otter-Burn in the grounds. Also an array of footpaths with stunning scenery and an abundance of wildlife close by.

Deep in the heart of North Northumberland, amenities in Alnwick and activities are just a 10 minute drive away. Next to the Pod, there is parking for 2 cars. Our Pod overlooks the hilltop Farm Steading of Overthwarts, giving panoramic views of the countryside. With your own private gated entrance, you can come and go as you please or enjoy the views from the comfort of the wood fired Kirami hot tub.

The Blacksmith’s Shop

Newly converted detached cottage (which was historically the Blacksmith’s shop) situated on our working farm. Adults only, one king sized bedroom with bath, shower room and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland. A modern, stylish and freshly renovated open plan cottage in Budle Bay. We have just finished renovating every single aspect of Beechcroft, which used to be an old storage garage. The result is a modern but cosy cottage that provides everything you need for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Northumberland Coast, with a private garden including a hot tub and a toasty wood burner.
