Private courtyard and decking area ideal for a coffee in the sun or an alfresco dinner with BBQ facility. The cottage is situated on a small holding, with countryside views. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Parking is available to the front of the property. We are a 20 min walk from Knockinelder Beach & 5 min drive (30 min walk) to Portaferry village.

Facilities include shower, TV, electric fire, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster and washing machine. A basket of local homemade bread, cereals, milk and fruit is provided on arrival. This is a self-catering chalet set in its own grounds, which consists of large kitchen diner, with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, oven and all kitchen appliances. There is a comfortable seating area with a T.V . An en suite bedroom, a double bed with a shower and all usual bathroom fittings. There is also a sofa bed for people who don't wish to share a double bed. If you wish to use this please let me know when booking so I can provide bed linen. Excellent 4G phone reception here.
