Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There aren’t any cooking facilities but there is a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Our luxury Shepherd hut is brand new for 2023 and is nestled in its own private walled garden. It once belonged to the Swythamley Hall estate, where they grew fruit and vegetables for the people of the beautiful, impressive hall. Sit back and relax in your very own garden which is approximately 1 arce! You are surrounded by a private wall, woodland and nature. Sit with a glass of wine or a cooled beer and take in the breath taking views of the rolling fields, trees, animals and the roaches.

Badstuen ligger like ved sjøhuset og kan leies som tillegg for en ekstra avslappende opplevelse. Vi tilbyr også utleie av kajakker, SUP-brett og våtdrakter, samt flotte turmuligheter på gården – blant annet topptur til Hognåsen. På gården driver vi med bærekraftig produksjon og selger egne egg, Wagyu-Angus kjøtt, samt grønnsaker i sesong.

The views are absolutely out of this world, sit back and relax in the outdoors in one of the best locations around! As the tide goes out it exposes 180 square miles of sand a truly magnificent view! You must bring own towels and bedding for your stay.

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.

Herää lintujen lauluun, nauti aamukahvi laiturilla ja katsele, kun usva nousee veden pinnasta. Tee patikka- tai maastopyöräretki läheisessä luonnonpuistossa tai kokeile kalaonneasi. Iltasauna, kylpytynnyri, takkatuli ja tähtitaivas kruunaavat päivän.
