Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for two (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage space is available. No pets and no smoking. Two queen beds. Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

Located on a quiet block in Tremont, you can relax in peace and comfort after exploring the city, hiking in the Metroparks, or spending time at Lake Erie (10-15 minute drive). The studio is located close to downtown, within a 15 minute drive of Cleveland Clinic/University Hospital and less than 10 minutes from Metro Hospital. This studio is located on the lower level of our home with a private entrance.

Beautiful apartment on lake erie. The entrance is on the south side, but your trip to the lake at the back of the house is only feet away. Absolutely gorgeous views and the deck is for you and those traveling with you to enjoy - possibly sharing with the owners, Carol and Randy, who love sitting on the deck also! There is a fire pit to help out on cool evenings but remember, it is lake erie, so sweatshirts and jackets are always helpful to have around for chilly evenings.

Onsite parking and motorcycle friendly with covered parking for motorcycles only. Our home sleeps up to guests with a queen bed and futon.
