In the heart of the Blackdown Hills surrounded by deer, pheasants and National Trust Woodland, The Lookout is a luxurious, private annex set within the historic Woodhayne Farm. Located just a 10 minute walk from Honiton where you can find lovely local shops, pubs and restaurants. The coast is only a 20 minute drive away with lots of beaches to choose from and the city of Exeter also just 20 minutes by car. Perfect for guests who are looking for luxury accommodation with the comforts of home.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Catchtime Lodge is one of our two private and self-contained holiday lodges at Five Acres Lodges. Spacious but cosy, the lodge will offer you everything you need for a home away from home stay. A perfect secluded space for exploring the beautiful surroundings of the Blackdown hills, visiting the nearby coastlines or simply relaxing in the private hot tub or by the log fire. Studio Flat at Parks Cottage

The Parks Cottage Studio flat is a large room above a stone built outbuilding in the grounds of a small holding in the countryside about 4 miles from Axminster. It is lovely and quiet and there are pleasant walks in the area. We welcome well behaved dogs and other pets. The village of Chardstock is only one and a half miles away with a pub and a PO shop. There is a small shower and loo down stairs.The Studio is well equipped with cooking facilities - hob, microwave & fridge freezer.

Peace and Tranquillity -Hot Tub- Dog Friendly

Secluded cottage with outstanding 360 degree views of Blackdown Hills, AOB. The cottage is bright and airy, well decorated with quality furnishings, Large gardens with shrubs, flowers, trees, Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Access is via a gate and a mowed path leads up across a field to the cottage. (No vehicle access - see photos.)

The Annex - Middle Payne Barn

Located on the outskirts of Chard, the property is ideally located to explore Somerset and surrounding areas. Newly furnished and decorated to a very high standard for you to enjoy, The Annex adjoins our home and has a private front door. There is a king sized bed and a double sofa bed suitable for 2 children (in the same room). There is a kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, tea/coffee and toast making equipment and a multi-function microwave. There is ample off-road parking.

The Old Barn has been completely renovated with relaxation in mind. Furnished with a mix of genuine mid-century furniture and other vintage finds, this memorable bolt hole stands in a private courtyard with independent access. We allow well-behaved dogs.

A modern cosy barn conversion in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the fringe of the Blackdown Hills and Jurassic coast ANOB. Close to the coast and in easy reach of Lyme Regis, Beer and Branscombe as well as being conveniently located for outdoor activities in the countryside. The Nest is Grade II listed and the property is believed to have been built over 500 years ago during the reign of Henry VIII.
