A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

For business travelers, there is a light rail stop 1 block away and goes right downtown. Runs every 15 minutes. A stop 2 blocks from Convention Center. $2.60 each way.

This is a chill 420 hostel environment. Cannabis and alcohol use is for adults age 21+. No one under 21 can be here. Room will be shared with 3 or 4 other guests. You will be free to use Cannabis wherever you would like inside or back patio. Bus stop is right outside. 5.5 miles from downtown bars and Coors field. Other guests will be 420 enthusiasts, travelers, tourists, and new residents relocating to Denver. This is a drama free house, hopefully!

You are a hop, skip and a jump to I-70 and the fast track to the Rocky Mountains.

However, the lower unit is completely private and has it’s own entrance - backyard is shared.
