The Stables - Tunstead Cottages Enjoy the peace of the Norfolk countryside. Our rural, dog friendly cottage on the outskirts of Tunstead. Close to the Norfolk Broads and the coast, yet only 30 minutes from the city of Norwich. The Stables is on an old farm on the outskirts of Tunstead village. In a peaceful part of rural Norfolk with views of the big Norfolk skies, farmland and fruit fields. Cottages have a pool but its on private hire and booking is separate also has a shared games room.

Briggate House Barn is set in a charming hamlet, just a few minutes from Worstead. Situated close to the coast, Norfolk Broads and with direct access to great walks, cycle routes and bird watching. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, one downstairs. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and a bright & airy living room - a fantastic space whatever the season; curl up by the fire or open the enormous barn doors to the sunshine. Outside terrace with a seating area, BBQ and access to a lovely garden.

Secluded beach-side accommodation set within the sand dunes of Sea Palling’s Blue Flag beach! We are a few miles from the famous Horsey seal colony (spectacular in winter with 100s of seals) & Norfolk Broads including Hickling Broad, a favourite for wildlife lovers. The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

This rural North Norfolk retreat, next to our family home, offers a relaxing setting from which to explore this beautiful corner of the country, or somewhere to unwind and enjoy a slower pace of life. Our space has cosy underfloor heating, a king size bed and a sofa bed - the hut sleeps two adults and two children. The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Our home is bright & light and has large living spaces, with the main living room looking out onto the patio and garden which gets direct sunlight all day. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and Nespresso coffee. The bungalow has 3 dining areas - kitchen, dining and garden. Embrace relaxation and coastal bliss in this idyllic quiet coastal getaway.

The Coop is a unique one bedroom property that has it's own private wood-fired hot tub. It is the perfect hideaway, with lots of character, ideal for a short break or longer holiday. A great base to explore the Norfolk Broads (National Park) and the North Norfolk Coast (AONB) by car, foot or by bike. The Weavers Way footpath is right on the doorstep for walking and cycling. Only 20 minutes from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Worstead with it's pub.

Stunning appartment as part of barn conversion in quiet, rural location, just 2 miles from the sea with a village pub within easy walking distance. Very comfortably furnished with under-floor heating, large shower, kitchen/living room, free wifi & off-road parking. Lovely countryside walks and cycle routes on our doorstep and 2 awarding winning pubs/restaurants less than 3.5 miles away. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for children or babies and we do not accept pets.

A spacious barn conversion in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Oak Barn Norfolk is a sympathetically, newly converted, barn in the village of Tunstead. It offers 4 large bedrooms, a beautiful double vaulted kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room with a cosy wood burner, a snug, 3 bathrooms and a W/C. The floors are natural limestone with underfloor heating throughout. Oak Barn has two outdoor seating areas, a sunny court yard and a fully enclosed lawned garden.

Poppy Gig House

A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.
