Brilliantly located in the middle of Snowdonia National Park, it looks onto Bleanau Ffestiniog, which has recently become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There is a multitude of walks from the door step.

Self contained guest suite in historic village

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Adorable Victorian 1 bedroom annexe

A charming one bedroom annex just outside the hustle and bustle of the thriving seaside town of Beaumaris which includes lots of places to eat and drink. The property includes a very high-spec handmade wooden farmhouse style kitchen and a perfectly cozy living room to relax afterwards in front of the log burning stove. There are lots of quiet country and beach walks nearby and across Anglesey, Note: the property and parking is down a farm track drive; alternative safe parking on the road

If you like spectacular scenery & views and want to be in an area of outstanding natural beauty then Mon Eilian Studio is the place to choose. There are 180 degree breathtaking views from the studio which makes it a great place to rest & relax after a long day at the beach, walking the beautiful Anglesey coastal path and cycling around this beautiful island. There’s your own parking space, outdoor dining area and a separate BBQ area with seating and fire pit. Ideal for two and we love dogs

Fferm y Bryn (Bryn Farm)

Small self contained SELF CATERING annex attached to owner's farmhouse with it's own private entrance and outside seating area on working family farm with cattle. Approx 4 miles from Betws y Coed and Llanrwst. Good base for outdoor activites in the area like Zip world, Bounce Below etc. with the coasts of Llandudno/Colwyn Bay approx 20 miles from farm. Good base for guests who enjoy being outdoors either walking, cycling or visiting Snowdonia. Car essential due to location. Sorry, no Pets.

Dog friendly Personal welcome from the owner or management team. 3 miles from Llangollen; 10 miles from Oswestry and Wrexham and 20 miles from Chester Plenty of local activities including the offas dyke path through the 150 private estate & the World Heritage Aqueduct a walk away. Dog friendly pub closeby. Plus super speed wifi.

The Sunday School - Converted Chapel Vestry

The building was once a chapel vestry. Now a self-contained, large mezzanine guest suite. We are situated in the village of Beddgelert, close to Mount Snowdon. Our place is perfect for couples, small groups or families. We have one large living space with wood burning stove, comfortable seating, kitchen counter with amenities and dining area. Through the large windows you will have an excellent view of the top of Moel Hebog. Above this is a balcony with a double bed and a bathroom.

Self contained riverside suite, Llanfairfechan

Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

Llain Bach guest room is situated within our own garden in the village of Bethesda on the edge of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park and within close proximity to the A55 expressway. Our guest suite is ideally situated for those who wish to explore North Wales’ beautiful and picturesque mountains and coastal areas as well as experience adrenalin busting adventures such as the zip line, quarry karts and quarry flyer at Zip World Penrhyn Quarry in Bethesda, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Private Guest Suite, Hot Tub (optn) & Sea Views

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. We provide Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge and a light breakfast. Sorry no Children. Car recommend
