Separate Private Detached 1 Room Casita for 2

Our separate/detached one room casita is private and has it's own entrance. It comfortably fits 2 guests located on the NW side of Abq, in a quiet established neighborhood. Casita is located in front of main house to the left as you enter the courtyard, Parking is in the street. Pets are allowed with an added $40 pet fee, please add to reservation at time of booking. Pets must be crated if left in unattended. No matter how well-trained or well-behaved a pet may be, accidents sometimes happen.

Lovely adobe casita in a private walled compound in the North Valley. Completely renovated. Lots of character and all conveniences. Private courtyard and private gated parking with opener. 2.7 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park; watch balloons land in the adjacent field during Balloon Fiesta. Shop & dine nearby yet located in a quiet country setting near walking paths in the Rio Grande Bosque. Originally constucted circa 1900 as a farm house, La Casita has been utilized as a short term rental for the past 15 years. Featuring a private entrace and courtyard, charming decor, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, bedroom, mini-split heating and a/c, off-street parking, local tourist information and New Mexican literature, and an array of 90’s VHS movies!
