We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

The space is separate from the main house with it’s own private side yard and has all the amenities needed for comfort and privacy in a semi-rural area. Your host is very attentive, and is a former 5 star rated New York City Airbnb Super Host who is very interested in making your stay in The Village of Los Ranchos very comfortable and relaxing. Sitting room has a queen Murphy bed, coffee and wine bar with microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee and tea supplied), and dishes, utensils. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style w/ 2 vanities and standing shower.

Lovely adobe casita in a private walled compound in the North Valley. Completely renovated. Lots of character and all conveniences. Private courtyard and private gated parking with opener. 2.7 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park; watch balloons land in the adjacent field during Balloon Fiesta. Shop & dine nearby yet located in a quiet country setting near walking paths in the Rio Grande Bosque. The home was built 1973 by Architect Bill Shelton, and the guest apartment was added in 1974 for his daughter. This home has been completely renovated. High vaulted wood beam ceilings & clearstory windows give the home an expansive & luxurious feel with lots of natural light. Blackout shades in the bedrooms ensures that daylight does not disturb your sleep. Decorated with a nod to the Orient, fully furnished, & fully equipped with central heat and A/C.

The bedroom includes a new queen sized bed and there is a fold out queen sized foam mattress in the living room as well. The dining room table seats four. The back porch is a a little oasis where you can enjoy a quiet moment or meal. Larger groups may book the house next door as well.
