Lovely villa close to Ponsonby Rd and City. Light filled, sunny room, moved from another property in Freemans Bay(see reviews) so know and love the area. A perfect spot for exploring the city, and catching the ferries to Waiheke Island and Devonport also a good setting off point to visit other parts of New Zealand. All the Restaurants and Bars of Ponsonby Rd five minutes walk away also public transport to Town and the Wynyard Quarter. We are a friendly relaxed couple who enjoy meeting people.

Only 6 KM to Half Moon Bay ferry terminal, where you can sail to Downtown Auckland, or cross directly to world famous Waiheke Island for a day trip to vineyards and beaches.

I welcome couples, singles, business professionals and travellers. Facilities are available for a couple and 2 extra people. You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.
