Cottage aan het water met motorbootje

Omschrijving Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is gevestigd in Oostwoud in het hart van Westfriesland. Het is een cottage-achtige woning gelegen achter ons glasatelier in de diepe tuin aan het water. Het is te huur als B&B maar ook als vakantiewoning voor een langere periode. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd. Er is tegen betaling een motorbootje aanwezig. De hele dag hoor en zie je veel vogels. Je slaapt op een knusse vide, waar je met een stevige trap naartoe kunt komen. Overige faciliteiten: je hebt een eigen ingang, een werk/ schrijfplekje (op hoogte verstelbaar), een eigen tuintje met terras (incl bbq). Luister muziek via bluetooth of platenspeler en tuur om je heen...

Zwiethouse ligt op Klein Landgoed (1 ha) naast Paleis Soestdijk en Kasteel Drakensteyn. Vanuit het boshuis (in privacy gelegen) prachtig uitzicht de natuur in ! Vele vogels, ook uilen, eekhoorntjes en je ziet geregeld reeen! Wandelen/fietsen (te huur) door de Baarnse bossen, bij Zwiethouse vuurtje stoken, naar de Soesterduinen, pannenkoeken eten in Lage Vuursche, met de fietsboot naar Spakenburg of winkelen in Amsterdam, Amersfoort of Utrecht. Op een prachtig plekje op de Hondsrug staat ons gastenverblijf. Hier ben je omgeven door natuur: eeuwenoude bosjes, zandpaden, glooiende akkers, eekhoorns, reeën en een grote variatie aan vogels. Op wandelafstand van het gezellige Gieten met heerlijke verse broodjes of een Gieterkoek bij de bakker. Hier vind je de supermarkt en leuke restaurants. Op de fiets ben je zo in de Drentse staatsbossen met het mooie Gasselterveld, Boomkroonpad en eeuwenoude hunebedden.

De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
