The apartment is a private part of our house, has your own entrance and is located on the second floor (2 stairs up). +two bikes to use for free!

Bedeutet, dass ihr keine klassische Ferienwohnung vorfindet, sondern eine private Unterkunft. Was natürlich ein Jackpot ist, weil ihr allerhand Annehmlichkeiten habt. Vom Kaffeevollautomaten bis hin zu einer Wii U ist alles da. Wer mehr Level freischalten will ist herzlich willkommen. ;-)

Welcome! Our attractive house from 1899 is completely self-sufficient and fully equipped. Kitchen-diner, cozy living room, separate bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi. It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)

The apartment is located on the lower floor of a typical Amsterdam 'canal house' (Dutch: Grachtenhuis) dating back to 1665. This authentic cozy studio apartment is part of a charming 17th-century canal house in the heart of Amsterdam! It also has its own entrance on the lowest floor. We prefer hosting non-cannabis smoking guests. Please note that the oven/microwave and the clothingdryer are located in the other part of the house. We live in the other part of the house and are available to help or inform you.
