The Hut on the Brett

Our shepherd’s hut is situated in a private part of our garden on the banks of the River Brett in the historic village of Lavenham, a two-minute walk from the Market Place with its Medieval Guildhall and Little Hall, a 14th century hall house. Lavenham has much to offer with its listed buildings, independent shops, restaurants, pubs and two small but well-stocked supermarkets. Footpaths make it easy to access the surrounding countryside and enjoy views of the village and its magnificent church.

Just a twenty minute drive south west of Norwich, the Old Rectory is the perfect bolthole from which to discover Norfolk or just drop in on neighbouring Lotus Cars. From the well-appointed, private and spacious first floor annex in the West Wing of the house, guests are encouraged to explore our five-acre property comprising woodland, meadow and traditional walled garden. Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.

All the amenities you'll need on your doorstep: Award-winning butchers, local shops, pubs and restaurants. You are never too far from some of the areas finest attractions.

You will also find other activities and outings to suit a variety of interests, ages and, of course, English weather situations!

This cosy cottage has a style all of its own. Formerly, the home of the Groom to the Vicarage horses and is located opposite Stable Cottage. Both one bedroom cottages have recently been renovated to a high standard. Located in the village of Middleton, West Norfolk which is a 20 minute drive to the coast, Sandringham Estate Kings Lynn, Ely and many other attractions The cottage has a new kitchen and bathroom, plus lounge and double bedroom. This new luxury self-catering, one bedroom apartment provides a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. It is finished to a very high standard with its own private access, private patio area and views of our large garden. It adjoins our family home in the quiet village of Fulbourn, outside Cambridge. It is ideally located for visits to Cambridge, Addenbrooke's, Newmarket etc. Please note we are not within walking distance of Cambridge but it is easily accessible by car, taxi, Uber or bike!

The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.

Choose whether to wind down in the hot tub, overlooking the serene countryside or go for a wander through the calming meadows and woodland on the Little Massingham Manor estate. To complete the cosiness of the hot tub, bathrobes and slippers are provided for guests to use. There is an EV charger available to charge your car (payable).

This flat is located in the Grade 1 listed building Hanse House. It is opposite the Minster and a minutes walk from the town centre. We have a bar and bistro in the same building which is located along the Quayside. This is the perfect spot for tourists, history enthusiasts, guests for functions around the town or anyone looking to stay in the heart of King's Lynn!
