We have a private, self-contained Ground Floor Unit under our home in the quiet, leafy suburb of Mundingburra in Townsville, North Queensland. The Unit is on the ground floor of our home with a shared secure entrance, a heated pool with a deck and on-site parking. We are a short walk to nearby Sheriff Park and river walkways The Unit is a 15 min drive to most places in Townsville with bus services available nearby. We have free NBN Wifi. We are pet friendly with a small charge per stay.

There is plenty to do here, including museums, bush walking and pack donkey treks, day trips to some real outback towns and other attractions, all only 1.5 hours' drive from Cairns International Airport. This tastefully decorated modern villa has an A/C open plan kitchen, living and dining area which opens on to the tranquil outdoor living and pool area. The two air conditioned bedrooms are spacious, one offering a queen bed and a single, the other offering a double with a roll away trundle. Whilst the villa caters for six guests, max adults is four.
