The cozy loft locates in the center of the downtown Providence, surrounded by the historic art theaters, restaurants, bars and shopping mall. 3 min walking to the convention center, 10 minutes to east College hill (RISD, Brown), west Federal hill, north Train station and State capitol. Near many great bars, restaurants and stores. We have Chickens on the premises. They make some noise, but aren't intrusive. They sleep when its dark, there is no rooster.
