Thatchways' Nook is the self-contained, luxurious annexe of a 17th Century thatched cottage, with its own secluded garden. Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

Award winning architecture in a National Park

Wakeham is a minimalist house in a classical shell. It won the Country Life 'House of the Year' award. It is in the middle of our farm, with woods, valleys & a river, and stunning views of the South Downs. Its pool (closed from 10 Nov to 14 April) is 12ft deep and has 3m and 1m springboards . In winter there remain log fires, a tennis court, a brilliant sandpit, and access to lots of country walks. Great for short stays but also as a base for a few months for house-hunting newcomers. The Annexe - East Hampshire & the South Downs

Welcome to our Annexe. It is a modern, self-contained 2 storey accommodation with a modern fully fitted kitchen (and appliances), living area, gallery bedroom (with double bed) and ensuite. Built in 2013, the annexe is accessed via a private entrance. Free on street parking is available. The Annexe is located in a quiet residential close, approximately 1.1 miles from Petersfield High Street. Pitlands Barns

Pitlands Barns is divided into three separate units, The Granary, the Stables and the Cart Shed. Ideal for families and friends wanting to spend time together, the Granary is the most spacious, sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 14 people for dining and socialising in the large entrance hall and first floor open plan area with a viewing gallery. The Cart Shed also has a very spacious living area and kitchen. The Stables is the smallest of the three but still offers ample space for 4.

One bedroom house in Waterlooville. An ideal base.

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

Converted Granary, South Downs nr Goodwood

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

Enjoy walking or mountain-biking on the South Downs Way (local bike hire available), explore the beautiful National Trust gardens at Woolbeding, Polo at Cowdray Park or the fantastic sandy beach at West Wittering. Goodwood is a short drive away.
