Our stylish, cozy and private guest studio is newly renovated and located in the heart of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways. We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.

Enjoy a nice experience at this stylish 3 bedroom house that is walking distance away from food court/ restaurants, Trader Joe’s market, Starbucks and movie theater. We are 15-20 minutes driving distance away from Universal Studios, Down Town LA, Hollywood and Burbank studios. 3 cars can park in front of the house for free. The house has a fully equipped kitchen for home cooking. Br 1 has one Cal King bed. Br 2 has 1 queen bed and one full bed and Br 3 has 2 twin beds.

The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood— Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! NOTE TO GUESTS: I live in the front house with my child and family. We are always enjoying the outdoor area along the side of the house. We try to keep the area clean and organized.
