U bent het hele jaar rond welkom op onze biologische sneeuwklokjes boerderij. Van Dec. t/m Apr. kunt bij ons genieten van duizenden sneeuwklokjes, stinsenplanten en een gratis rondleiding. Onze boerderij ligt ver van de drukte en hectiek van de stad maar verschillende steden, dorpen en attracties zijn wel makkelijk bereikbaar. De boerderij is een prachtig en heerlijk rustig plekje midden in het Noord-Hollandse platteland van de Wieringermeer polder. Ons eigen kleine groene paradijs. Tot ziens!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located characteristic place. You are in the countryside, in a rural area. You can walk to the lake (Markermeer) and have a swim. There are some restaurants, the famous cheese-market and you can rent a boat to see Edam through te canals. You can visit beautiful old villages near by on our bikes. In twenty kilometers you are in Amsterdam city. There is a very good connection by bus, it takes twenty minutes. A comfortable chance to visit the museums.

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

De tuin is volledige omheind Papenveer is een knus, huisje voorzien van een moderne keuken en volledig ingerichte badkamer én 2 slaapkamers. Van uit het 'veilinghuisje', grenzend aan werelderfgoed De Beemster, en natuurgebied de Mijzen, kunt u prachtig wandelen en fietsen. Of zoek de rust op het water met onze kano's, een aanrader! Ons sfeervolle huisje staat achter in de tuin, en is opgebouwd uit de oude bouwmaterialen van de oude veiling van Avenhorn. Gunstig gelegen op 10-40 km. van: Hoorn-Enkhuizen-Medemblik, Edam-Volendam-Marken. Maar zeker ook Alkmaar, de Zaanse schans, Amsterdam en niet te vergeten de kust van N.Holland.
