In Alburgh, VT, just north of N. Hero, our cottages face Isle LaMotte to the west, with spectacular lake and sunset views. We have 8 cottages on site, so if you don’t see what you need, please ask. Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and to use as a home base for fun day trips. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from your private deck, and enjoy the clear starlit sky at night. Dogs are welcome with Owner approval and payment of a Pet Fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

Rustic lakefront 1 bedroom cottage on Keeler Bay, Lake Champlain. Ideal for a couple or small family. Enjoy a Vermont getaway filled with nights by the fire and stunning sunrises. This relaxing location is close proximity to great local restaurants and endless shops in Burlington, VT (25 minute drive). Spacious beach (although not ideal for swimming) we welcome guests to bring kayaks and canoes, plus a dock slip for all of your nautical activities! This property will leave you wanting more.

Equipped with a 60ft aluminum dock to fulfill your fishing pleasures. Boat launch on premises for small boats (ex: small bass boats). One boat and trailer allowed. Enjoy gorgeous, west facing sunsets most nights on the Adirondack swing or while eating dinner on the spacious deck. Out back enjoy a large area for your recreational desires.

Newly constructed centrally located charming cottage with lake views on the east shore of Grand Isle. Step out your front door and enjoy a walk, run or bike ride along the quiet scenic road that winds along Lake Champlain. Includes 5 x 7 lockable cedar storage shed with beach chairs, cooler and room for bikes and extra gear. Offering lake views only, this property is not lakefront. Free public town beach is approximately 2 miles down the road, see last 2 photos in photo tour.

USB charging ports. central heat / air and 4 ceiling fans to insure adequate air movement. Private beach has shale so we recommend water shoes. No Smoking and no pets
