Springwood Cottage is ideally situated in a beautiful location on the edge of Derbyshire is completely self contained with its own entrance and private garden area with parking outside. The Cottage is completely newly built in 2020 and designed to the highest standard. Well behaved Dogs welcome, we are happy to accommodate 2 dogs, please request if you have more than 2. A deluxe super kingsized bed (6 x6 foot) with the most up to date memory foam mattress and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge

Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. The bedroom can be set up to be used as a twin bedroom on request with a separate toilet upstairs. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom with a shower. A lockable lean to drying room for putting wet clothes and bicycles. There is off road parking and a garage available to store motor bikes. Oaks Edge View is 2 miles from Matlock.

Near Resturant’s , coffee shops and yet not far from the Peak District in one direction and 10 minute walk to the university and teaching hospital . Inside: private and self-contained .
