The caravan is 40' x 14' with a large balcony to the front, sea views along with parking for 2 vehicles. Come and relax in comfort & style, walk, rest, recuperate, celebrate in this most beautiful part of England.

The property - over 2 floors, has access from both kitchen and living room. With off-road parking for 2 cars. On arrival you will be greeted by Sue with a complimentary bottle of pink sparkling wine, fresh ground coffee and milk. The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!
