Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment above a garage that is detached from main house. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood called Norway Hill. Location is 10 min from Woodinville and world class wineries, 10 min from Bellevue and Redmond, Sea-Tac Airport is less than 25 min away, Seattle downtown is less than 30 mins away. Apartment front door is on ground level and has washer dryer as you enter. You will need to go upstairs for the main floor. There is plenty of parking on site.

Come enjoy our cozy Pacific Northwest guest suite. A two bedroom, one bath space with a private entrance. Or get to work using the desk space and high-speed Wi-Fi. And of course, keep energized with the coffee and snacks we provide for you. *Access to the space does require going down a rocky pathway. This lil’ gem with a private indoor patio and a gorgeous view of the valley is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just north of Lake Washington. Visiting Seattle? Only a 20-minute drive to Seattle. 15-minute drive to world-class Woodinville wineries. A 5-minute drive to downtown Kenmore with many unique restaurants and breweries.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.
