A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Welcome to Titchfield Views, Catisfield. A private annex overlooking Titchfield Village, Hampshire. Close to Whiteley, Segensworth, Fareham College and local Navy Establishments. Separated from the main house, Titchfield Views has a private entrance and consists of a double bedroom, a wet-room bathroom (shower, no bath), a spacious lounge diner, a kitchen, and a private decking area. There is a work space area with double plug and USB charging points, WiFi fully available throughout annex.

Woodrest Cabin, South Downs National Park

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

A quiet, separate area of a modern private house, decorated and furnished to a very high standard on a quiet lane. The Retreat offers two large double bedrooms with two King sized beds, (one of which can be adapted to two single beds), a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate WC & shower room. We have a couple of outdoor areas that we would be happy for you to enjoy. As this is a shared area with our family and dog, we respectfully ask that this is an arrangement for adults only.

Nestled in the grounds of our home, River Dale Garden Cottage is the perfect self-contained retreat for 'getting away from it all'. Situated in the picturesque Meon Valley, within the South Downs National Park, Garden Cottage is just a minute’s walk to the chalk stream, River Meon and access to the Meon Trail (the dis-used Railway Line) - perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding. Centrally located for exploring the cities of Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton or Chichester.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Annexe + garden, kingbed, tennis

The Annexe at The Crossways is a detached self-contained annexe, next to but completely separate from the main house, comprising most of the downstairs and all the upstairs above the garage space. The Annexe has its own private garden area for your sole use, with outdoor furniture, a barbeque (with charcoal provided) a little chimenea and rugs to keep cosy in the evenings. You are welcome to use the tennis court – basic racquets and balls are provided.

Pop next door to Furzeley golf club for a round of golf or round the corner to the fisheries, saddle up for a ride in the South Downs or hop in the car and visit Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or Goodwood. 1 kingsize bedroom (can be made into twin). Curly: Off-Grid Cottage on Organic Farm

The third (named Curly after an old friend) of 3 beautiful converted pig sheds. Modern cottages, fully powered by renewable energy with wood burning stoves and access to the farmyard with pizza oven and firepit. The cottages, which sleep 2 or 4 (with sofabed), and have there own kitchen and bathroom, are in the South Downs on an organic farm; quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by wildlife, with the opportunity to join a workshop or tour of farm.
