Located on our premises and just 3-5 minutes to Hastings Street by car (40 minutes if walking) and Noosa Junction dining, the studio is also located within walking distance to Noosa's Farmer's Markets, Noosa River, cafes, restaurants and Aldi for grocery shopping. This stylish family friendly 3 bedroom luxury townhouse is located in one of Noosa's prime areas. Walk straight from the living room onto a white soft sandy beach and swim in the crystal blue waters. We invite you to be our guest and enjoy our recently renovated river haven. Take a lazy 100m walk and bathe your toes in the Noosa river or hop on a ferry to Hastings Street. Gympie Terrace bars, restaurants, shops, boat hire and boutiques beckon at the end of your street. * We just wanted to make you aware that a new build has commenced at the property opposite us and that there will be periods of building activity from time to time.

Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace are within easy walking distance. It's pet-friendly subject to approval.

Fabulously close to Gympie Terrace and i great dining as well as Noosa river and all the water sports the river offers. 2.5km from Hastings Street and a short drive or bus ride to Sunshine Beach. Bus stop to both these locations just out the front. Close to Noosaville shops, supermarket and Noosa junction. We have extensively renovated the property to the highest standard.
