We are located minutes from the shores of beautiful Lake Weyba where we are immersed in nature. Our property is located in a quiet acreage pocket of Peregian Beach. If you are seeking coastal luxury, tranquility and beautiful surroundings, The Breezeway Retreat is for you. We have curated a very special property for our guests to ensure a home away from home.

'Bella Vista' - Noosa Luxury on White Sands

This stylish family friendly 3 bedroom luxury townhouse is located in one of Noosa's prime areas. Walk straight from the living room onto a white soft sandy beach and swim in the crystal blue waters. Spend afternoons on the private roof top area with stunning water views and sunsets over Noosa. Pure holiday bliss! You have your own entrance and use of the pool directly outside the front door. There is a grassy park right next door and we provide a complimentary SUP and kayak for your use.

Spacious three-bedroom home perfectly positioned in the middle of Noosa. Just a three-minute stroll to Noosa Junction, offering cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and a cinema, and an easy walk to Hastings Street and Main Beach. This two-level home is light filled and fully air-conditioned and features unlimited WiFi, a large TV, and access to a resort-style swimming pool just metres away. All linen and beach towels are provided, making it an ideal Noosa family holiday retreat.

629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Perched on the edge of the Sunshine Coast h overlooking the ocean from Mt Coolum to north Caloundra, you are surrounded by rolling hills and 166 acres of lush green pastures where fullblood wagyu cattle are farmed. Architecturally designed to capture sea breezes all year round, enjoy a spacious Retreat with 360 degree views, where nights are always cool at this altitude. Nightly rate includes 2 Adults (sleeps 4) and firewood each night. Pet fee is separate for extra hygienic clean.
