The Condo in Pillar Rock located on Yepton beach, it's a 10-minute ride to St. John's downtown (local markets) and 20-minute ride from airport. On the property have a shared swimming pool, BBQ grill and 2 walking distance beaches. (Yepton and deep bay) Sunrise on Yepton beach and sunset on Deep Bay beach. Please note: Our next-door neighbor is currently carrying out construction for a resort development. As a result, the outdoor areas of the property may experience some minor construction-related noise during the construction period.

Tranquil Farm - Secluded Woodland Eco Cabin

The cabin is off grid, solar powered. Built on a hillside on stilts the cabin overlooks farmland and woods with a long view down the valley to the hills of English Harbour. To reach the cabin is a short woodland walk on a narrow winding path from the parking area. The cabin has a large bedroom with wooden four poster bed with mosquito net and standing fan. Barn doors open onto a side balcony. The open air bathroom with rain water shower heated by solar and a full kitchen.
