We have electric power! Home stayed dry during hurricane Milton. Clean and ready! Located on a highly desirable street, the house is perched high above Curry Creek offering spectacular water views from every room. The property includes a boat ramp to avoid the public launch. Three kayaks (two tandems and one single). Two miles from Nokomis Beach and only half a mile from The Legacy Bike Trail. Enjoy quiet, spacious, family friendly accommodations, with direct water access just a few minutes to the beach. Divers welcome. We have plenty of space for drying and rinsing gear and dive buoys. Two stand up paddle boards and two person kayak included with life jackets of all sizes.
