You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

Casa Brandão was built by our gran grandfather Frederico Brandão in 1904 and is located nearby the river beach of Burgães in Vale de Cambra. In the proximities of the house begins 2 walking routes and a bicycle route on the banks of the river Caima. Other attractions: The Paiva walkways, the bridge 516 Arouca, the Freita Montain and the water fall Fecha da Mizarela. The property is located approximately at 70 Km (43 miles) of the airport of Oporto and 60 Km (37 miles) of the city of Oporto.

Casa com uma história de mais de 80 anos, recentemente remodelada no centro da cidade de Matosinhos, a 500 metros da praia, perto da paragem de metro e de todas as comodidades necessárias. A casa é apropriada para 4 pessoas, sendo composta por dois quartos de casal, escritório, casa de banho com chuveiro e cozinha equipada em conjunto com a sala. NOTA: De momento está a decorrer uma obra do outro lado da rua, podendo haver algum ruído das 8h às 17h, dias úteis. A casa é bem insonorizada.
