Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Apartman Galeb ****, Bakar

Newly built, 4star high-end equipped interior with a sea view. The apartment is located on in a city square of the old town.Historical sights are all located in the vicinity. A shop is located next door. Bars and restaurants are situated on the coast line. Bakar is only a short drive away from lovely beaches on the south side, and Kostrena, Rijeka, Opatija and Istria on the west side. A two hours drive will also take you to beautiful National park of Plitvička jezera( lakes) and Venice, Italy.

The property is situated on the ground floor of a family house. It consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, sauna with relaxarium, openair lounge and terrace. At your disposal you have a garden (300 m2) with an outdoor shower and a carparking. The town centre is only an 8 minutes walk away. There is a 5 KM recreative walking path through the forest close by. Those who stay on the terrace can enjoy a stunning view of Opatija, Rijeka and the beautiful Adriatic sea.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

House Lavanda****

Kuća za odmor Lavanda idelana je za odmor obitelji s djecom. Kuća je smještena u blizini plaže (150 m) u mirnom dijelu mjesta. Nedaleko smještaja (6-7 min hoda) nalazi se trgovina, pekara, voćarna, ljekarna i pošta. Kuća je izvrsno opremljena u shabby chick stilu, a ima i prostor za jelo i zidani roštilj na otvorenom, kao i mali vrt. U skopu najma je uključeno i jedno parkirno mejsto (a drugo je uz doplatu). Kuća je na kat pa je potrebno obratiti posebnu pozornost na malu djecu do 2 godine.

Apartment Lora 4*

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Apartman je smješten u prizemlju stambene zgrade od 4 stana, površine od 73 m2. Sastoji se od: hodnika, kuhinje, dnevnog boravka i blagovaonice, kupaonice, sobe 1, soba 2, natkrivene terase, kome pripada okućnica od 107 metara kvadratnih prostora za igru i zabavu. Stanu također pripada i jedno parkirno mjesto ispred zgrade. Nalazi se u novoizgrađenoj četvrti, u sljepoj ulici, udaljenoj od gužve i prometa. Udaljenost od prvih plaža je oko 600 m.

Apartman za 4 osobe nalazi se na 1. katu obiteljske kuće ukupne površine 54 m2. Sastoji se od balkona sa kojeg se prostire djelomični pogled na more, 2 spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka koji je smješten u istom prostoru s kuhinjom i blagavaonicom, kupaonice s Wc-om i tušem. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena posuđem, električnim štednjakom, hladnjakom s 1 ladicom za zamrzavanje, aparatom za kavu. Opremljenost apartmana satelitskom Tv, klima uređajem, Wi-Fi.
