Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.

This lovely apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated house , in a beautiful area,just next to the church square of the Panagia Limnia church. It has 3 bedrooms,sleeping 5 people, a bathroom, a kitchen and big roof top terrace.The roof top is nice and spacious and is perfect for stargazing the Moon.The Old Port and the Main Street are on a few minutes walking distance.There is a parking area nearby, and the first beach and bus stop number 4 it’s only 5 minutes away.

Πρόκειται για ένα συγκρότημα από 5 ίδιες ολοκαίνουργιες βίλες 60τμ στην περιοχή του αεροδρομίου. Κάθε βίλα έχει 2 επίπεδα και 2 υπνοδωμάτια. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα μαζί με το σαλόνι και ένα μπάνιο καθώς και το πρώτο υπνοδωμάτιο. Ο άνετος καναπές-κρεβάτι του σαλονιού μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 2 άτομα σε 180x200cm. Στον επάνω όροφο, το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο στη σοφίτα βρίσκεται με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο.
