This is a renovated for summer 2024, first floor well-appointed studio (about 35m2), with air-condition, double bed, fully equiped kitchen, and luxury bathroom. It is very quiet due to its location and there is a balcony about 10m2 with garden view. It is located in the center of Kardamena village, in Kos island and specified above the car rental “ILIASRENTALS”. At the 30m there is a bus stop and in about 80m there is a taxi station. Moreover, Kardamaina’s coastal road is about 200m far away.

Aegean Studios are located in the beautiful village of Kefalos, at Kamari. They run by a local family. Each studio has three open plan levels with the kitchen and toilet/shower room at the bottom, sitting area at the middle and bedroom at the top level. A balcony with a big garden table and chairs. They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.

Appartment next to the beach

Home with two bedrooms, bath, kitchen full equiped and a living room. It provides a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. It can accommodate sufficienlty two couples or a whole family of two children and in extra ocassions a children more on the sofa bed in the living room. The home has simple decoration but its big advantage is the great view to the endless blue of Aegean Sea with background the island of Nisiros and the coasts of Turkey.
