On the ground floor you enter the house and you immediately take the stairs to the first floor.There is the bedroom,bathroom and toilet.Then you go upstairs through the fixed attic stairs and you enter the loft.You can stay in this cozy space.You have the seating area,dining table and kitchen area.The door of the large round window brings you to the terrace. You have to climb two stairs to get to the loft.The 2nd bed is in the sittingarea. A little dangerous for children,so only babies allowed.

Notre ancienne exploitation agricole, reconvertie en maison de charme entourée d’un grand jardin à l’anglaise comprenant un étang, est située à côté d’un joli ruisseau jouxtant des prairies où paissent chevaux et vaches, à quelques encablures du bourg. Notre propriété plaît autant aux voyageurs désireux de découvrir la région qu’aux femmes et hommes d’affaires qui y trouvent quiétude et sérénité. Biévène ( Bever) est située non loin des villes plaisantes d’Enghien, de Lessines et de Grammont.

De woning heeft 3 ruime slaapkamers (2x2persooons- en 1x1persoonskamer), ruime badkamer, leefruimte met beamer als televisie en een open keuken.

Super rustgevende accommodatie. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis om te wandelen, fietsen in de Vlaamse Ardennen. Nabij de finale van De Ronde Van Vlaanderen. Gelegen in waardevol agrarisch gebied met weiden, velden, bossen in overvloed. Lekkere en gezellige restaurants/tavernes/cafés in de nabijheid. 5 min van centrum Ronse, 10 min v Oudenaarde. De eerste verdieping van een volledig gestripte en volledig vernieuwde woning. Gelijkvloers nog in afwerkfase maar geen werkzaamheden tijdens verblijf.
