Lazy J Homestead Cabin

Located 18 miles outside of Homer. Hand built here on the ranch in the style of my family's hunting cabins; with a few finishing touches. Offering a full kitchen, bathroom , shower, this cabin has electric lights and a oil heater in place of the temperamental wood stoves. Our area offers stunning views of Kachamack bay, our small ranch and peony farm. Only 8 miles to the Spit, 5 miles to the Kilcher Homestead, but away from the hustle and bustle of Homer’s busy summer season. We provide breakfast bars & snacks, and you are welcome to use our washer and dryer (top of the stairs.) In summer, enjoy the outdoor area with firepit, gas grill, dining table & chairs. We even have room to park your boat (unless it's really huge.) NOT in the tsunami zone.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
