The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

You have access to all that the coast offers with beautiful beaches at Waikanae and Paraparaumu a short drive away.

Bring your bike or your horse (additional fee) , ride the 600 acre farm, use the 60x50 Sand horse arena. 10 minutes bike ride to Waikanae and Paraparaumu beaches and cafes, ride along the Waikanae River track. 40 minutes to the Wellington Ferry terminals and 50 minutes to Wellington Airport (non peak hour)
