This is ‘Het Witte Heertje’, our traditional townhouse in the centre of Utrecht. The house was originally built around 1880. We offer you a fully renovated 40m2 apartment optimally suited for two persons, situated in a friendly, relaxed neighbourhood. Various shops, restaurants, (coffee) bars, the canals and other sights are within a stone’s throw of the house. The park immediately behind the house is a lovely place to spend some time on sunny days. And for laid back evenings we provide Netflix.

The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

It's a beautiful, pretty quiet neighborhood close to the Central Station, downtown and the Jaarbeurs. The space contains a private bathroom/kitchen unit with lots of sunlight and access to the roof terrace. Furthermore, a large room of approximately 20 m2 with a double bed, wardrobe, table and lazy chair.
