🌿All the convenience of town center, with the privacy and quiet of a country retreat. 🌿 This cozy guest room is detached from our family home, with a private entrance and outdoor living area. Our home’s expansive wooded lot is located on a quiet, established street in the heart of residential Dalton. Guests will enjoy reserved off-street parking and a peaceful place to rest after a day of travel, work, or recreation. This tiny home is just right for one, and cozy for two. No cleaning fee!

Lookout Mountain Apartment

This garage apartment is located across the street from the Incline Station and 3 blocks from Point Park and access to mountain trails. Private setting in a wonderful neighborhood. We have parking in our driveway for one extra car. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, sink , microwave, coffee maker, electric skillet, toaster and slow cooker. Renter must be 21 or older. We don't accept children under the age of 12. Only two people may stay in the apartment. No pets. No smoking.

Our cottage has a private courtyard where you can grill, chill, and make a fire! A large custom walk-in shower with great water pressure and endless hot water. A large smart tv with excellent internet. Very comfortable bedding and a nice leather recliner. Snacks and drinks in the refrigerator are complementary.
