Warm studio apartment in Eastern Wellington. Close to Wellington airport, Lyall Bay beach, Kilbirnie and Akau Tangi/ASB sports centre. The apartment is a self contained unit on the frist floor of a two story building. There is a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living area. We live in the top floor with our three year old daughter. The front of the building has shared steps to access the property. There is a large deck outside the apartment with a washing line.

"Newtown Oasis" Self contained + breakfast

Our BnB is homely, a little quirky & best suited to those who travel relatively light. Self service breakfast is included. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower. The nook outside the bedroom is perfect for a morning coffee.

Lyall Bay Vista - great location, stunning views

Enjoy your stay in Wellington at this cozy, comfortable unit complete with everything you need in a home-away-from-home. Perched on Melrose hill, this self-contained unit is in a great location in between Wellington Airport and the city, and provides fantastic views overlooking Lyall Bay, and the Airport. Please note we (owners of the property) live on the top floor, above this unit. The unit is up 35 steps from the street, with no accessible access.

Alternative Apartment handy to the Airport.

Conveniently located 5 minutes from Wellington Airport. Public transport and beaches a stones throw. Studio apartment style with kitchenette and deep bath. Highly regarded Mystic Kitchen café on the same street for some of the best food and coffee in Wellington! *Please note, only a hand held shower over bath - but what a bath!! ( a deep slipper bath for 2 )
