Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision.

Barns Tower is an authentic medieval mini castle with roaring log fires and all modern comforts. The Tower is located in a beautiful rural setting on the River Tweed and is an ideal location for exploring the Scottish Borders. Peebles is nearby with great amenities and there’s heavenly walks right from the door. Please be aware that The Tower is located at the end of a rural track and due care should be taken with speed and approach. The Tower is arranged over 4 floors with steep staircases.

This is a lovely self catering, first floor apartment in a quiet area of Musselburgh. A short walk from the harbor, beach, play park and shops. Approx 8 miles from Edinburgh city centre and 2 miles from Portabello. Musselburgh Race Course is a short walk away, Musselburgh high street a 5 minute walk, Gullane and other golf courses nearby. Barleydean Suite is situated in a private annex in a country house. At the edge of the Pentland Hills, you can hike from your front door, wander to the local pub or take a bus to Edinburgh. The suite has private access for guests. It has 1 bedroom with a super king-size bed for 2 guests. Up to 2 foldaway single beds can be provided on request. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. There is a kitchenette suitable for light cooking, with hob, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, and washing machine.

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Deer Park Cottage, Scottish Private Estate

Deer Park cottage is situated within the private Scottish estate garden and is surrounded by the deer park. It is the most secluded of cottages and offers a very private and natural hideaway. Powered by wood pellet boiler and on its own water system supplied from the Ochills you can feel completely at one with nature. On occasions you can wake up to deer grazing within feet of your bedroom window and be lulled to sleep by the hooting of owls or wind blowing through the trees.

Ashtrees Cottage

Ashtrees Cottage is in a beautiful rural location and has Loch Leven Nature Reserve on its door step. The Balgedie Toll Tavern & Levens Larder both less than 10 minutes walk from the Cottage. Its a great place to explore towns and villages around the East Neuk of Fife, Edinburgh, St Andrews, Gleneagles, Stirling and Glasgow all within 60 minute drive. Its a great place to base yourself if you are planning to explore the Lowlands and Southern Highlands of Scotland.
