There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

Hillside Lodge

Hillside Lodge is nestled in the village of Rostrevor, with restaurants, pubs, Kilbroney Park & the beach all within a 1 minute stroll from the front door. The lodge is a warm enticing space with a wood burning stove & spiral staircase to the bedrooms. A large garden lies to the front of the lodge great for children to play football or basketball. The lodge is a renovated old coach house, the main house that it belonged to is available for larger parties, it sleeps 10 (Hillside Holiday Home)

Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Stone Wall Cottage

200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

Luxury Rural Retreat

Located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the side of Cashel mountain and in the shadows of Slieve Gullion is our 200 year old cottage. Still with its original external features while modernised inside for a relaxing stay. A peaceful retreat away to explore the local countryside, with looping walks located beside Cashel lake and 10 minutes from Camlough lake we’ll know for its local swimming and water sports. It is located 15 minutes from both Newry and Dundalk.

The natural beauty of this private property displays a 360 degree view of the Mourne Mountains, Dramara and Slieve Croob Mountains, sea It offers the luxury of watching the stars whilst basking in the fresh spring water log burning private hot tub for an additional cost of £50 per day. The cosy cottage provides perfect accommodation for up to 4 people. You can enjoy the spa pool, sauna, and paddle boards whilst experiencing breath-taking views. The cottage is located a stones throw from the beach, with stunning views looking over Strangford Lough and the Mourne Mountains. Only 5 minutes walk is the village of Kircubbin, where there are pubs, restaurants and a supermarket. With the water so close, wake up to the sounds, views & smell of the sea.
