Relax in a light, comfortable room with windows overlooking a beautiful garden and patio area. The annex has its own entrance, hallway, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. The friendly Village of St Agnes is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its coves and the coastal footpath a 10 minute walk from the property. Surf lessons and Kayacking are available in the season. There are no shortages of shops, gift shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, pubs, butchers, and bakeries.

The Annexe at Pentire is a cosy self-contained modern and clean space, perfect for couples. Located in a quiet residential area. Off road parking, private entrance with keylock for arrivals. A sunny courtyard providing a lovely seating area. TV & WIFI. Guest tray- teas, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuits. Kettle & small fridge containing bottled water and milk. 5 minute walk to fistral (the famous uk surf beach) 2 minute walk to the Gannel (tidal estuary) 10 minute walk to an active town centre.

Welcome to ✨ Stargazers. A s/c studio in a peaceful area of Mevagissey. An 8 mins walk downhill to the village centre and harbour. Boats galore and busyness! Eateries/pubs cater for all tastes, while the independent traders tempt you with gorgeous stuff! The coast path is 5 minutes from us and a 10 minute walk will bring you to a secluded beach (via 200 steps). Sit awhile and spot the resident seal patrolling! Accommodation accessed via stairs. Please note the studio is non smoking inside.

Welcome to the Studio, a lovely self-contained annex with superb coastal location in the seaside village of Porthtowan & good access to the A30 and W. Cornwall. The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

2-bed dog-friendly loft with countryside views

Tucked away in a secluded spot just off the atlantic highway, this 2-bedroom, dog-friendly, Cornish loft is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. - Watergate Bay 10 mins away by car - Mawgan Porth 10 mins away by car - Newquay airport 6 mins away by car - Padstow 15 mins away by car Enjoy stunning views over the Cornish countryside and our farmstead dating back to the 1200's. This space combines stylish modern living with relaxed rural vibes and gorgeous sunsets.

Self-contained chalet (close to Fistral Beach)

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! Always happy to give activity recommendations around Newquay and Cornwall.

On the Dunes in Perranporth

Self contained flatlet, your own entrance, lounge with fridge, microwave,kettle,and toaster and a TV. Large sofa, table and chairs, plates and cutlery provided. Separate bedroom and shower room. Few minutes walk from Perranporth’s famous surfing beach and close to shops, pubs and restaurants (including takeaways). The golf club is just up the hill. There is a bus stop outside the property. Ideal for walking the coastal footpath. We have parking for 1 car.

Countryside Studio with welcome pack

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.

Seahorse cottage annex.

Seahorse cottage has a one double bedroom annex with its own bathroom and private entrance. There is parking for one car in front of the garage. It is close to the harbour and beaches. (see map). A hop across the road to the Newquay golf club and the start of the pedestrian path that bisects the course ending at Fistral beach. The harbour is a few hundred yards down the hill and gives access to Towan beach. There is a key safe for your convenience.

33 by the Sea

Escape and unwind in our modern, comfortable, self contained annexe. We are situated in a quiet residential street in beautiful Lusty Glaze on the outskirts of Newquay. Newquay's town centre with its array of bars, restaurants and stunning surf beaches are all within easy walking distance. The award winning Lusty Glaze beach (Sunday Times 2017 Best Beach) is less than a 10 minute walk away. We consider our annexe ideally suited to quiet couples.

Duchy lodge Annex. 3 mins walk to Tolcarne Beach

Duchy lodge annex has its own private entrance to the front of the property just 3 minutes walk to Tolcarn beach and 5 minutes to shops, bars and restaurants but still being in a quiet area of newquay. Two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two singles, modern spacious shower room and open plan lounge kitchen diner all on ground level. Parking for one car and plenty of off street parking outside the property .

Newquay studio with ensuite and garden space

The Barn is a comfortable and stylish newly built annexe with ensuite and private entrance, less than a ten minute walk to Newquay’s beaches and town centre. A double room on the side of a 300 year old cottage which was once a farmer’s barn, completely private from the main house. The room also features a private garden space, perfect for a relaxing stay minutes from the sea.
