Close to both Jay Peak and downtown Newport, you can enjoy all those locations have to offer, or simply relax. Please note that the stairs to the 2nd floor are steeper than usual.

Located in the heart of Brownington Village, and about 15 miles from the Canadian border, our property allows for easy access to many scenic locations. Enjoy all that Vermont's Northeast Kingdom has to offer including many beautiful lakes, hiking trails, bike paths, and ski areas. There are about a dozen homes in the village and you will hear traffic going by, including horses and buggies carrying our Amish neighbors.

Country apartment near Jay Peak Resort

New one bedroom apartment close to Jay Peak Resort. Also direct access to VAST snowmobile trail, and VASA ATV trail. Newport is a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and Lake Memphremagog. Relax on the patio or by the fire pit as the cows graze in a nearby pasture. Host lives in the main house, but with a separate entrance you can expect privacy with the benefit of a quick response for any of your needs.
