There is a battery inverter for the property to mitigate power outages .

Centrally-located in the Cape Town southern suburbs, our home has good access to all the Cape Town attractions and is close to Kirstenbosch gardens. Set in the cool of Newlands, with beautiful trees all around, it is the perfect restful space after a busy day of visiting the local sights. With three double bedrooms it can accomodate 6 adults comfortably all with their own en suite bathrooms.

A tranquil and private mountain retreat where water, forest and mountains will re-awaken the soul. Set high on the mountain slopes of Constantia Nek, Blackwood Log Cabin has panoramic views across the lush valley to the mountains beyond. The 2 bedroomed house sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms. Power outages are being experienced by SA - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.
