The property uses clean energy from our small turbine making it a zero-carbon heated accommodation. We have a electric car charging point for EV owners. We are near the Debatable Lands, Hadrian's Wall, Gretna, Kielder Forest and Carlisle.

When you’re ready for a kip, there’s a comfortable double bed for two inside the hut. Complete with a woodburning stove. Firepit/ barbecue and gas hob provided in the outdoor kitchen. The store has a recently refurbished kitchen/living room and is ideal for two families holidaying together. It is located in a quiet, rural, riverside haven, close to forests and the Scottish border. Great for family walks and four legged friends. We have a lovely, homely bar/restaurant on site which serves drinks and evening meals over the weekend. Also open for meals in the week on request.
