The best of both worlds with ease of access to stunning countryside and only a mile from the A1. Sleeping four this luxurious barn is an excellent choice for as a peaceful retreat. Three bedroomed detached bungalow on a working farm sleeping 6 guests. Spacious kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, large living/dining area/conservatory overlooking the decking and rear garden. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom overlooks the farm yard and has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds overlooking the rear garden. There is an additional side garden area with shepherds hut garden room to enjoy.

The Annexe

The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.
