Has a full fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer, wifi, TV, Netflix and a small oven and 2 hot plates to cook but we recommend that guests make the most of all the fantastic restaurants that are so close by.

Welcome to Lily and Greg's place. We have a self contained, upstairs apartment in a quiet location, just off the main street at the Southern entry to Rotorua. Enjoy the warm Lockwood style accommodation which has a queen size bed in the main living area and a bedroom with bunks. The open plan offers kitchen with a cook top, microwave and portable oven. A washing machine is available for guests. City centre is 2km and forest mountain bike tracks within 1km. We have a lock-up for your bikes.

For the next 12 months there will be a construction site next door from Monday to Friday (not weekends). There will be some noise.
