Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.
