Stairs of about 10 steps to front door. NOT suitable for young children, pets, anyone w/mobility concerns. Swim from the dock, relax on the deck, enjoy exploring the river. A boating paradise! Must have a boat! If renting locally, we can make suggestions. Large boats OK, 74 ft dock!

Lake Bonaparte Camp

Beautiful boathouse on the water with a separate bunkhouse with bathroom located on picturesque Lake Bonaparte on the foothills of the Adirondacks. We have a tandem kayak for use just bring your life jackets. A new Keurig to make your morning coffee to sit on the front porch and enjoy the loons. We have all new mattresses throughout, a new grill and bathroom towels are provided. There is a boat slip available on the side of the boathouse. Lake Bonaparte is 40 min from Watertown.

Lighthouse Cottage - The Ledges Resort & Marina

Welcome to the Ledges Resort & Marina! We are located on the St. Lawrence River across from Boldt Castle and Sunken Rock Lighthouse. We have ten cottages of various sizes spread throughout the property. Six acres of landscaped grounds and gardens wander along the river for your enjoyment. We have decks, hammocks, and gazebos along the water. The large in-ground pool is newly renovated. Each cottage has their own firepit with Adirondak chairs, and we provide firewood for free!

Houseboat at The Silverlaken Estate rests on the shore of Silver Lake. It features a queen bed and is a few steps from the restrooms and shower facilities. This unique accommodation provides breathtaking views of Silver Lake, minutes from Letchworth State Park and the village of Perry. We provide bedding, bath towels, and toiletries for our guests. Guests have access to the docks, shared kitchen, BBQ grills, campfire, kayaks, etc. as part of the Silverlaken Estate.
